Background

Melissa joined Markham & Partners (a public accounting firm) in 1974, and then from 1980 through to establishing Entity Group in 2000, she worked at several different organisations (Bryce Francis, Azimuth Consulting, Department of Social Welfare, Working Knowledge Group, Victoria University).

Key experience

• more than 30 years business management experience gained from working in a wide range of roles and organisations in both the private and public sectors
• developing, implementing and using project-based methodologies and standards
• sound understanding of good practice for business process design, improvement and implementation

Current certifications include Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), PRINCE2, and Accounting Technician (AT).
